St. John pointed to a crowded table of corporals who were all caught up in a story from the charismatic man in the center.

  

When I started thinking about revisiting Haley and Maxwell the character of Corp. Strange--who hates Haley--always stuck in my mind. From word one of the outline I toyed with the idea of Strange and Alan being the same person. I didn’t drop a lot of hints to his identity because I wanted Alan to actually be good at being undercover.

But more on that later.

Lol, Lile

In her comment section Lile asked me about the bathroom situation in the last chapter and it made me lol because I kind of considered writing it in, but then didn't. I always think it's one of those funny things about whether writers include bodily functions in their books. I mean, I guess it does make things more realistic.

Anyway, like I said Maxwell and Haley are both male and there is a sink so...yeah. But I also wanted to add that after about the 4th day of starvation that stops being a problem.

Okay, that's enough on that.

Such A Tease

I feel like I am being such a tease talking about my future projects...but I will say at this point the sequels are super short. They kind of started as just writing exercises for me and then kind of morphed...the Vice one is the only one I see being 3-6 chapters long.

I will do a UL3 update soon, I'm just gathering GIFs

Recap

Three POWs are placed at Camp Harmony and Haley starts talking to them. In other news after letting Felix and Marco leave from prison early Maxwell gets a call from Haley's sister that her house has been burned down.

Rektor Shoe Inspy

Who is this girl ?
I don't know if I should be talking about future projects yet but I'm going to do it anyway. I have been on a writing roll lately. I am currently working on UL3 and Compulsion...and also sequels to both of them. That's not to say I've finished either of the first serials. It's a very weird place.

I also have two outlines going for UL3. One is a detailed timeline and the other is an outline of mostly dialogue. I don't know who I am anymore, but I thought I'd share some of my new favorite writing tools.

Spotify Discover Weekly
So, I may be late to the game on this, but every week Spotify creates a playlist based on the songs you have been playing that week and it has been SO great for finding new songs and covers !

I've been looking at these, because it has been very hard for me to find picspirations for UL3 characters from celebrities. I love looking at all the diversity in faces.


More Specific UL3 Update
At this point I am digging around some writer's block(which is how I got started on the sequel), but as I alluded to in a past post I'm glad I can incorporate the chapters of OHG I never finished. If you had told me years ago I'd be coming back to OHG I would not have believed it...anything can happen ! *cough* ABWG *cough*

Recap:
With the completed M44 as a bargaining chip Alan goes rouge and attacks the Rektor for answers. In the fight, Ilena kills the Rektor and her husband Bishop and takes over--telling Alan that Rias was taken to a Harvest Center.

Alan races to the Harvest Center, but before he can get answers the RLA Police come and he has to run. Sara meets Alan and tells him Ilena has told the Mjollner Alan killed the Rektor and she also told the Santoro Family Alan killed three of their Cavolcotti Riders. For his own protection Sara gives Alan the option to go to neo-luddite land and hide out and it ends with this:

I find Zacharias Washington.
I patch through my secure network until I find the encrypted Syndicate line.
“Is this Audrina Laurenti ?,” I ask.
“Um, yea--Yes,” a nervous voice comes over the Syndicate. “It’s me, Audrina.”
“I’ve found a way to get into Camp Harmony,” I tell her. “Are you still going to help me ?,”
The line is silent.
“Hello ?,”
 “Yes,” she says. “Yeah, I’ll do it.”

Oh and also some POWs are being assigned to Camp Harmony....
