I have 2.
I was not holding out so,let me explain. I have gotten in to the habit of turning of my page and word count so I can work on just story and not a numbers game. When I was done getting out the rough story I turned the word count back on and I was shocked by the number over 10,000 !
So, it took me a while to edit it and then I decided to break it into 2 different chapters at the last minute.
And I do have a playlist. If any of you remember the playlist to the right was my inspiration before I even knew the story so, I will occasionally pull songs from it.
This playlist is a little different in that, some chapters are silent and others are surrounded by the music. I will explain it later.
I do have a playlist in my head for the next few chapter so I have a pretty good direction and I can't wait to write it.

ReplyDeleteTwo updates ! Shawna you are spoiling us. This was a good read chapter ten raises more questions about whether Elisa will stay but Chapter 11 had some real emotion behind it.
ReplyDeleteJulie and Sawyer really were breaking bad, The cover version of Umbrella was so perfect but the ending is killing me.
ReplyDeleteAt first I didn't like the saving Jane song but it's growing on me. I'm Caine/Elisa now is that wierd I can't help it. Elisa is so badass but Sawyer and Julianna certainly one-upped her in chapter 11.

ReplyDeleteLove the name of the other club, 10th circle. I'm on the fence about united light. I mean it sounds great and peacful but it seems so fake or maybe we are the fake ones. Who knows.

I imagine Greg cutting in during the dance was like akward for *someone*, the wedding scene felt so real.

ReplyDeleteChapter 10 was kind've one note but I'm all over Chapter 11 the way Julianna was deciding where they were staying and taking charge. really cool story.

ReplyDeleteI was never a big Sawyer fan but I don't know I mean maybe he's not a complete jerk. Julianna's childhood room seems so nice and comforting, I hope she gets to go back there.
I wonder why Caine is so bent on ruining Sawyer ? I think Caine is Julianna's brother or something.
ReplyDeleteThe music was perfect for some of the chapters, I didn't see any Silent ones. The part where Julianna and Sawyer were messing around was heartwarming ? I just think the music helped. They were able to have a little bit of fun.

ReplyDeleteI was afraid Elisa would lose some of her spunk being around UL for so long but she still stands up for things and it's surprising that she stands up for Juliana. Unlike the other commenters I think the last chapter was from Elisa's POV

@ Jenny-- I'm glad you liked it. Originally the two chapter were intertwined (some Elisa, Some Juliana) but, I liked it better when Julianna's was linear.

@Sleazy_Sid-- interesting theory. But, Caine's deal with Sawyer is about winning.
@Petite_B-- I'm glad when you like the music because that is the hardest parts for me to do. When they were messing around it was supposed to be fun.
Rosa seems really sweet but I think she is hiding somethine. Elisa just wanted to tell Caine that she was going to stay ? It seems like she is doing it more for Sawyer than because she wants to.
