I hate to admit it but, I got to a point where I had no clue what was going to happen next. I'm still looking for some fresh inspiration.This chapter is mostly about writing so the music was just inspirational and songs I like. There are some odd numerical coincidences in this chapter.
Mirages
Hi, Honey
ReplyDeleteIt's great to see an update
I really loved the writing in this chapter, it flowed so naturally
ReplyDeleteI had a nagging feeling we would hear from Cortland in this chapter, I feel kind of sorry for him.
ReplyDeleteJuliana should have tied Rhett up somewhere and left him. He is a pretty cool character but I don't trust him.
ReplyDeleteYeah, GSC ! I saw the C and S and hoped it was them.
ReplyDeleteYeah, GSC ! I saw the C and S and hoped it was them.
ReplyDeleteShawna ? Where have you been, LOL.
ReplyDeleteI agree the writing in this chapter was amazing. I think the characters have so many good intetnions that it's hard to distinguish "good" from "evil".
I was surprised to see Cortland again I didn't really see how he fit into the chapter but it did provide closure for Juliana.
I thought it was funny how Greg gave Rhett a taste of his own medicine he deserves it.
ReplyDeleteYeah ! an Update. I love the song 23 it's so pretty ! Is there a reason this chapter is called Mirages with an S ?
ReplyDeleteI saw Juliana trying to "get into" Rhett's head as something she could have learned from Caine. The hostility between Rhett and Greg was well written to. No more huge breaks, Shawna. JK !
ReplyDeleteI thought the familiar face Juliana saw was Greg but I guess it was Cortland, tricky tricky !
ReplyDeleteDaughters by John Mayer always reminds me of "I'm Yours" by Jason Mraz, the musicality anyways.
ReplyDeleteI think when Rhett is uncomfortable he starts shouting insults. When he was telling Juliana not to be impressed by College I think he felt insecure.
ReplyDeleteto much ?
Keep it up, SH
I thought it was sad that Cece's mom didn't get in. Please don't go all Deathly Hallows on the characters like JKR, Shawna.
ReplyDelete^ LOLZ
ReplyDeleteSo, did they leave the Car at the airport ? I'd be afraid Caine could track them.
ReplyDelete@Linda -- I know, I've been absent but, I haven't forgotten
@Marcia-- Honestly that is how it was written I had no idea where it was going.
@Carleigh-- It was added in one of the many glossings of this chapter.
@Tabby-- While he feel no bond for her she feels one for him. It goes back to what Cortland said about her imprinting on people.
@RedRose-- I have some detectives on here ! I do love to add foreshadow.
@Natalie -- I know I know . . . no excuse ): I honestly can't 100% explain Cortland in this chapter.
@Swalisa-- Yep, it was unintentional but for all fairness Rhett did not tie anyone up.
@BlueBelle- Um . . . no
@Kandi-- A few days ago I could not have promised this but, now I totally can. No more breaks.
@Ribbons34- I know I was afraid of that, it wasn't meant to be a diversion.
@Bernette-- It does !
@Maylights-- You got it. It surprises me how in tune people are with *my* characters
@CranberriVodka-- I have no clue what will happen next so I can't make promises.
@Rachel- They did leave it.
