*So, that 9/15 is based on the e-mail for the blog being harrisonshawna915. I got 915 from the date I created it, so while it may not technically be the anniversary it functionally is. We will not get into how many years I have been doing this.

Chapter 8
It's getting hot in here.
I had a lot of fun writing that party scene, that's really all I can say about that chapter. Also, that OneRepublic scene basically wrote the last it. It's been fun using a lot of modern pop songs in a serial, I don't do that a lot in Vice2...which I've thought of some names for, but they're too corny for me to make it final. I'll be sure to share them when I settle on one.

ReplyDeleteUm, I can find one. She's very casual and not fashion conscious. She's black skinny jeans, fuschia converses and plain t-shirts. She also has a bright orange puffy jacket she wears.

DeleteI didn't want them to do anything else because they were both super inebriated and that brings in consent issues with me. Also, in my head Jane interrupts them and kicks them out of her room. Which is how they end up outside.

DeleteWhat I find really different about this serial from other SH's is the pop culture references. Was this done on purpose ?
ReplyDeleteI noticed this too, but they just felt natural in this. I had a moment when I wasn't sure if I should say tablet or iPad, but I went with iPad because that is what we would call them.

Why doesn't Jonah's dad value his ability to play the violin ? Is it because Jonah doesn't like to show off ?
ReplyDeleteIt's kind of hinted at at the beginning, but it's because Jonah can play, but he isn't good enough to do anything with it. He's not like his brother who can run so fast, people will pay him to win races.
