It is called Rose Garlands & Golden Stars and will be a collection of short stories about Rhett, Cecelia and Rosa. By short stories I imagine each image they will be about 7 to 10,000 words long and would be posted in one entry. This is sort of something I am creating while I figure out exactly what will happen in the UL sequel. I know the general plot and some things I want to happen but nothing has been put in writing yet with the sequel. So that was my new special project. I'm not sure if I will ever write something completely new but, maybe one day.
IVB
Now, on to current updates. I have another 4 updates for IVB hopefully some of these are a bit longer. This posting uses my favorite song! I will admit I try to give every character equal time but sometimes it doesn't work out because it's better to tell a story from a certain point of view so, don't look to deep into the the chapter names. I have linked the chapters in the song descriptions.

I don't know what to comment on first, the ending was very unexpected.

ReplyDeleteThe ending was very sweet, the narrrative in the last chapter was spot on. I do however feel that the only redeeming point in this web serial was Slate and Nick. It was like a plane picked up but didn't really go anywhere

What a tearjerker ! Slate really is all kinds of wonderful, he and Slate have (had ?) an amazing chemistry during thanksgiving.

ReplyDeleteYeah, it is hard to believe this was all posted in less than 10 post. It was like everything they feared the most, losing one of the brothers, happened.
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of the title but I don't think we saw enough of thier "brotherhood". Slate's 360 seemed kind of sudden. I mean it was great that he was the one to pull them all together. I think the Killan and Nick story line was my personal favorite.

ReplyDeleteThere were chapter names ? I didn't notice any. The playlist for UL was inspirational. I just knew it was going to be Darcy when he wasn't "with" his family for thanksgiving.
